Hotel and Travel Information
HotelHotel reservations within the IPEC block and at the special rates are only available to registered attendees and will be made by IPEC. Within 2-3 business days of your registration confirmation, you will receive a separate email with your hotel reservation details. Telephone reservations will not be accepted. Contact [email protected] for name changes, arrival/departure changes, and/or cancellations. Please note: Your registration fee does not include hotel accomodations or travel related expenses. Hotel Block Rates Single/Double Occupancy: $229 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes and fees) Triple Occupancy: $249 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes and fees) Quad Occupancy: $269 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes and fees) Reservation cut-off date: September 6, 2022 Pay Upon Check-in Upon check-in on September 27, 2022, you will be asked to submit your credit card for payment directly to the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Each participant is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, other meal costs, and incidental expenses. District of Columbia Mask Protocol MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED for everyone in indoor public places. Due to rising COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, DC recommends everyone ages 2 years and older should properly wear a well-fitting mask indoors in public in areas where the COVID-19 Community Level is high, regardless of vaccination status. MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED for everyone who is not fully vaccinated in indoor public places. How Is the September 2022 IPEC Institute Meeting Affected?We want to assure our conference attendees that we are proceeding as planned to hold a safe, educational, fun, and successful event September 28-30, 2022. There are currently no travel restrictions or advisories to or from or within Washington, DC. The safety of our attendees remains our highest priority and we continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments closely. Attendees can expect to see heightened levels of cleanliness and onsite accommodations to actively encourage all conference participants to take common-sense precautions following CDC guidelines when they are onsite at the event.
